Another granite wall (this wall will have gaps in it for entry points, exit points, etc. as needed) will line (near the majority of) the entire perimeter of the memorial site (although not in front of the slurry wall to preserve the slurry wall view).  This wall is represented in Picture 2 by a thick gray line flanked by key symbols "3" on one side of the wall and "1/2" on the other side of the wall.  This wall will be about 2 feet thick and will have glass windows enclosing spaces of perhaps approximately 12” X 12” X 24” (or other shape felt best)—one for each of the 3022 victims (likely two staggered rows—experts will have to determine the exact best orientation including keeping in mind that viewers may be children, shorter than average, taller than average, and/or wheelchair bound).  Family members and loved ones will have access to the area behind this wall (key symbols "3") for private visitation and contemplation.  From behind this wall, family members and loved ones will choose what to place in the front portion of these glass enclosures (the public can view the front of this wall--that is the side marked by key symbols "1/2").  This could include written stories, pictures of the victim and/or family members and loved ones, flags of country of origin of which there are very many, flowers, badges, or whatever the family feels is appropriate to honor, appreciate, and remember each unique individual.  The family and loved ones can change these items as frequently as they wish which will result in an ever evolving memorial (e.g. children growing older, changing stories of surviving family members and loved ones including difficult times and successes, etc.).  The family and loved ones certainly do not have to change these items and/or they can leave these spaces empty if they wish (all per the family’s and loved ones’ preference). The family and loved ones will have a private rear portion (separated from the front portion by a partition) of these glass enclosures which can not be viewed through.  This rear portion can be left empty if the family and loved ones so chooses (in which case this portion’s sole purpose would be to provide privacy for their area of private visitation and contemplation by means of the partition) or they can choose to keep items in this private section for private viewing and/or to assist during their times of private visitation and contemplation.  The public, from the front of the wall (the area for public quiet visitation and contemplation), will view whatever items the family and loved ones wish to display in the front portion of the glass enclosure in addition to the following etched in granite:  name, date of birth, date of tragic loss, and possibly further information if it is decided that more information is appropriate to be included here.  Unlike in the case of the names etched on top of the circular wall (that surrounds the central circular pool of water as discussed in Picture 3 and Text in which all 3022 victims names are simply in alphabetical order without being separated into various groups because they come together as one single group), the perimeter area wall being discussed here, although in alphabetical order within groups, will be separated into the following groups (oriented as closely as possible to the corresponding reflecting pool):  February 26, 1993 tragedy victims, September 11, 2001 North tower associated victims, September 11, 2001 South Tower associated victims, September 11, 2001 Shanksville victims, and September 11, 2001 Pentagon victims.
